STRAAT shareholders were founders and had a controlling interest in TeRespondo.com, Inc, the largest online search advertising network in Latin American (PPC) with thousands of advertisers, and operations in the USA, Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil. Through its advertiser base, TeRespondo was responsible for monetizing search traffic on the Latin American versions of portals such as MSN Latam, Terra, IG, and UOL. TeRespondo.com was acquired by Yahoo Inc. in April of 2005.
